If you think your Kei car is a bit slow, I may have a solution for you.

Kinja'd!!!

Behold, the VR mini. Yes, it is a 660cc twin turbo Pushrod V8 with a 12000rpm redline, a tad over 250hp and ~160lb-ft at somewhere close to 40psi /2.77 Bar of boost, because why the fuck not.

Kinja'd!!!

And then I present you the K666. Why K666 you say? Because this engine is a machine only the devil could conceive straight six that meets the Kei car engine size requirements, even if it is slightly more powerful than allowed. And yes this means 300hp from 660cc.

So if your AZ-1/ Cappucino/ Beat/ Dangan ZZ/ whatever cool Kei cars there are is in need of a replacement engine, you have only one choice.

lol the other week I made a 250hp NA 1000cc 4cylinder engine and put it into a RWD 1700lb CRX body. I'll have to see what I can do with kei specs now.

Whoa, have they released an update that allows smaller engines? I thought 400cc was as small as you could go?

The engine designer now allows engine families, one sets a maximum bore/stroke for the family and then you can lower them for the specific variant of the engine family.
